I made pork belly burnt ends
They are indeed tasty. Costco pork belly (I cooked half of it) cubed, smoked at 275 for 2.5 hours, pull and put into pan with a stick of butter, honey, brown sugar > cover and cook another 30min to an hour. Pull again and drain, then the sauce. I eyeballed all of it. I have some carolina sauce on hand, probably 4 tablespoons of that. 3/4 cup or so of sweet baby rays, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1 tablespoon of cayenne/chili powder.

I should have used a sharper knife. The stuff is so tender it just tears apart.
Looks nice. More rare than I cook it. I cooked one of their “Manhattan”roasts. And a wagyu tomahawk steak last week
