I always carry a fidgit spinner in my coat pocket.
I'm autistic so i need something to play with that isn't going to make too much of a noise.
In the past i'd play with asthma puffer lids and lids from my lip balm. But found that people who were sitting next to me were wondering why there was a smell because i'd be playing with the lid from my lipbalm that would be flavoured.

I decided on the fidget spinner because i had tried just about everything else.
I will also look into other things too.
