Both sides now. Well, maybe one side.
“Clouds” great album
You ( I) can see clearly now
Joni: I sing my sorrow and I paint my joy.
She was always a fascinating artist. Troubled with her view of earth and our humanity/ inhumanity really. As she said, “ I am always focused on the scum at the waters edge”
I saw her in 1968 at the Newport Folk Festival, and had no idea who she was. She had a long green dress on which swayed with her long blond hair. Obviously it struck me, since I can't remember what I had for breakfast. Arlo performed also.
So what about the photos?
Nice pix. Maybe a bit of cropping to give them more impact(?)
Thanks Barry. I cropped a little but left the branches for context. The streaks of light all around the cloud caught my eye. I took this one at the same time. The picket shadows of my backyard fence were interesting. I'm trying to make lemonade out of staying home.
well, add some lemocello, some grapa
That's some gorgeous fair weather cumulus.
