    I dunno. That band goes back to the dark ages and I haven't listened to them since the Nixon administration.

    FWIW, I wondered if that was the ugliest guitar tone ever.

    Well, I am not as puter skilled as you guys, so no click & play YouTube. I have been back to my roots listening to the first Alman Brothers album, then, a somewhat later, One Way Out. God what a difference in talent!!. My tubes LOVE the Alman Brothers. Talk about your BLUES ROCK!!. Tomorrow I will continue on and more Alman Bros CDs will be arriving from our sponsor.

    As Claud may remember, there was a time when complete albums were never played on the radio. I had the good fortune to have a Saturday slot where I played a new and interesting record every week. The first Allman Brothers album was one of the first. I still love it.

    San Jose back in the day had a number of FM stations which played entire Albums at nite. Or king biscuit flour concerts. Everybody knew when to start their recorder.
