I bought a portable bluetooth audio device. Not for the portable feature, for a "sound bar". We switched TV's in our bedrooms, I got the LG 50 inch and she got the Vizio 29 (she wanted smaller) and it went up quite nicely high in the corner.

The little quarter table has the switched outlet lamp on it and the DTV wireless genie and power supply on the bottom of it. Sharp, compact, doesn't get in the way, but hey the sound sucks. So I googled bluetooth audio and found this well reviewed Tribit XSound Go for the stupid good deal of $32. Not using bluetooth, using 3.5 mm cable into TV headphone jack. The sound is very good. Amazingly good for a whole thirty two bucks. And it fits on the table too.

If you need a really tiny soundbar, here it is!

Very nice equipment. Get that wiring under control so I don't have to come up there and fix it.

You neat freaks really cramp my style. I mean, that's already the neatest job I've ever done - :)

Yeah, I'mma gonna tie 'em up some and be done with it, call it good enough.
